  • How much money do I need to bring?

    Your ticket covers the cost for the event upon completion of check out! However, if you want to "TIP" the Spa Associates, Bartender and/or support the vendors, you can use Cash App, PayPal, Credit or simply bring cash. 

  • How long will my spa services take?

    Each spa service will take at least 30 minutes with the exception of the chair massages. They are done in 15 minute increments. All services are received in the order of your arrival time. 

  • What's the refund policy?

    No Refunds but you can transfer the tickets to someone else or use it at your next visit. 

  • Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

    No.

  • Can I update my registration information?

    Yes, please contact the organizer to make specific changes to your registration. 

  • Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

    Yes.

  • Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

    Yes, as long as an agreement has been made by the parties involved.
